Installation

Ground vehicles are placed in the SimObjects\Ground vehicles folder. However, they must be structured like an aircraft meaning that the following are required:

  • Panel.cfg - can be an alias to a default aircraft
  • Sound.cfg - can be an alias to a default groundvehicle, or use your own custom sounds
  • Aircraft.cfg
  • .air file

The sample files contain source model assets, modeldef.xml code and a deployment folder that can be used as templates to create your own vehicles. The aircraft.cfg, .air file may be used as-is and redistributed with your product.

COMMENTS

Comments can be written using a // before the text. If a line does not have // in front then it will not be seen as a comment and may crash the application. Examples:
//I am a single-line comment

//I am a comment that continues
//to the next line

//I look like a multiline comment
but I am not and I will crash the program
